I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I initially stayed in was in need of a revamp and quite tatty, with maintenance issues like a broken kettle and a dirty freezer. However, after moving to a higher apartment, the stay was much better and quieter. The service varied from unfriendly and unhelpful to friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city center and enjoy nearby attractions. The dining options were limited but adequate for a quick meal. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.

The hotel was in a perfect location, right in the city center and directly opposite the Arndale Shopping Centre, making it extremely convenient. The rooms were of good value for money, very comfortable, and located in a great spot for exploring Manchester. It was easy to check in and out. However, there were noise issues with poor soundproofing, and the presence of cigarette and marijuana odor was highly offensive at times.
